Your sarcastic attitude is grating on a lot of people's nerves, which is what his email was about. If you can't put in constructive criticism with a better attitude and less "asterisk sucks", then go somewhere else with your complaints. If you don't like the product, fix it, or don't use it, but quit annoying everyone else with your idle complaints because your system isn't working.
