As far as I know, you define the interface to TDMoE when you choose the zaptel driver to work with. One of the options is Zaptel over Ethernet. After that everything belongs to a PtP Ethernet connection between the box with the TDMoE & the Interface to T1, FXO or what ever you has and your asterisk box. So, echo cancellation has to be taken care on both sides.
