Hi Yes that was me, this is still a big issue for us. Unfortunately we only have 1.2.1 installed on our live / dev boxes at the moment and when I registered an account on the bug tracker and read the "rules" it said you must have tested the issue on the very latest CVS head. I have been up to my eye balls the last couple of weeks so haven't had time to do this.
