Sipura's policy was to handle RMAs through resellers. Since taking over, Linksys appears to have maintained the same policy for the SPA-xxxx devices. So, contact your reseller. BTW I always get quick responses from [EMAIL PROTECTED] (which I believe is forwarded to [EMAIL PROTECTED]).
