The way I did it was to use a sample.call file like below to use the
tiff file you have listed above.
Channel: Zap/g2/XXXXXXX

Application: txfax
Data: /home/steveu/testfax2.tif
 

Ok, so what i need to put in my extension.conf to activate the 
sample.call file ?
