I have installed asterisk with an ATA 186 on my notebook computer.  The notebook computer has a not working sound card, but everything worked fine.

I moved everything to my main server which is outside my NAT firewall and re-set the ATA 186 to work with it.  The main server does not have a sound card [I think].

I can connect and I can make calls but hear nothing and the echo-back test fails.

This is what I see on the console:

Hope someone understands the problems.

I have tried various combinations of

noload => chan_alsa.so
load => chan_oss.so

in the modules.conf
