How do I ensure that the dial command timeout is somewhat more accurate.
I have not experienced this exact problem. Paste a copy of your Dial
line. I have experienced something similar -- I was dialing out of an
analog FXO port. Asterisk considers the call "answered" as soon as it's
finished dialing out of an ANALOG FXO port.
