Try: extensions.conf [default] include => internal [internal] exten => 311000,1,Dial(SIP/teste1) exten => 311000,2,Hangup ; Hangup is good exten => 312000,1,Dial(SIP/teste2) exten => 312000,2,Hangup exten => 313000,1,Dial(SIP/teste3) exten => 313000,2,Hangup Put context=internal or default in all your sip "friends".
