After using PauseQueueMember in my dialplan. I used 'show agents' cli
to show the agent status. It is still show that agent available. Here is
the output from asterisk console:
5156597 (Agent1 ) available at '[EMAIL PROTECTED]'
<mailto:'[EMAIL PROTECTED]'> (musiconhold is 'default')
5156598 (Agent2 ) not logged in (musiconhold is 'default')
Although Agent1 is indeed in pause mode.
Here is my dialplan:
exten => 881112,1,PauseQueueMember(|Agent/${CALLERIDNUM})
What's the extension of the calling phone ?
Unless you are calling from Extension 1, this won't work. you need
something like
exten => 881112,1,PauseQueueMember(|Agent/1})
exten => 881112,n,Playback(vm-goodbye)
exten => 881112,n,Hanup
Am I doing somthing wrong?
I am using asterisk 1.2.9.1
Julian.
