I requested a quote from a cisco reseller (or something like this) for 2 cisco 7960 phones, ideally preloaded with SIP firmware ...
and i got the quote back with: 1x CP-7960-CH1 and 1x CP-7960-CCME. My question is, what is the difference between the two? If these are not the part number for the pre-loaded SIP phones, what part number is the correct? and what about the service contract ... when is it needed?
