first: immediate=no ; otherwise what you r saying is to asterisk automatically dial when you hook up the phone!
The problem is that in your context from-zaptel you are not dialing anywhere!
i couldn't find you using any Dial(...)
That's why it doesn't work!
try this:
[from-zaptel]
exten=> _X.,1,Dial(Zap/G1/${EXTEN})
exten=> _X.,2,hangup
Use it to dial a local extension, i suppose to dial out you are using a prefix
