You can have static agents so they don't have to login, check http://www.voip-info.org/wiki-Asterisk+call+queues Wondering why you don't just dial multiple-phones, like this Dial(SIP/7001&SIP/7002&SIP/7003) The first one that answer the call is the lucky one.
