Well, when I restart the cli as requested below and go the addition steps of setting verbose to 25 and turning sip debug on for the phone in test, I don't get ANYTHING on the console. Sounds like it's a phone issue after all, right?
I've got the same symptoms for BOTH the Sipura 2002 and a Polycom 501. Any ideas where to start? Thanx, Mike Diehl.
