I just got chan-capi "ported" to *-1.4.10.1 by changing channel allocation in
capi_net to:

tmp = ast_channel_alloc(0, state, i->cid, "", "", "", "", 0,
"CAPI/%s/%s-%x", i->vname, i->dnid, capi_counter++);
--->8---
Calls seem to work - did I break something big? Anyone else tried that before?
