Yes you can, but it is not easy. First off you will need the Administration guide from polycoms website. Check in the support section under phones. You will have to set up a provisioning server and the like. Also check voip-info.org. If I remember correctly that is where I read about how to do that. That is about all I can tell you as I have only had to do this once and that was some time ago. Further problems I would contact Polycom or the distributor that you got the phone from. The main reason being as this is not an Asterisk problem but a polycom.
