hello, you have to use following format in den extension key of the snom:
<sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED];user=phone>|*7 the |*7 is the extension to dial if you want to pickup the ringing (blinking) line. maybe you should try <sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>|*7 where 100 is your hint extension and *7100 is a defined pickup extensions. best regards.
