Steve: When you make a crotchety statement like this, it makes the community look bad. It has been my experience that searching through the archives is painful and non-useful. The more useful information, cross referenced info we can get into the archives, the better. How about actually turning your post into something useful by pointing out some of your favorite sources of information. For example: Read about variables and the GotoIF in /usr/src/digium/asterisk/README.variables In asterisk CLI, try: asterisk*CLI> show application Gotoif My mother taught me that if you don't have something nice to say, it is better not to say it all. My mother is a smart woman.
