Danny thanks for your interest but I have solved it. At first it group
must be asterisk:asterisk.

solve process:
1- I killed process of asterisk with "killall -p "process ID""
2- I moved old .ctl file with
"mv /var/run/asterisk/asterisk.ctl /var/run/asterisk/asterisk.ctl.old
3- amportal restart 
4- /etc /init.d/asterisk restart
