Ok, and thats exactly what I mean monitoring outbound groups, so you can have realtime info for monitoring. And as with queues have the ability to reset the statics for monitoring porpouses.

You shouldn't use queue data for statistics, there's queue_log for that. This is purely monitoring info which can get lost during restarts/reloads.
