You'll want to use DIALSTATUS

exten => 101,1,Dial(SIP/quentin,10)
exten => 101,n,NoOP(Dial Status: ${DIALSTATUS})
exten => 101,n,NoOP(Hangup Cause: ${HANGUPCAUSE})
exten => 101,n,Goto(s-${DIALSTATUS},1)
