How could someone call 101-BUSY directly ? I dont see a way to that...

 But if I wrote something like
> exten => 101,n,Goto(s-${DIALSTATUS},1)
> exten => s-NOANSWER,1,VoiceMail(1...@default,u)
> exten => s-BUSY,n,VoiceMail(1...@default,b)
> exten => _s-.,1,Goto(101-NOANSWER,1)
there is a problem to ???
