I am looking to produce a switchboard interface - hopefully web based I needs to: Show the logged in user the CLI of the call they are currently dealing with Show the number of calls in the queue Give a number of options for working with the call transfer put on hold etc. for transfer it must provide a list of users to transfer to. Allow a call to be initiated
Can anyone give me ideas on how I might interact with * to get this informations and provide these services.
