< In Brasil, Telefonica offers ISDN, but it's a diferent comercial < service (if you want voice and data in your E1), and it's more < expensive. If you only want voice, the only choice is R2. Very weird, in Argentina the cost is different only for international calls in nx64; for national uses, the prices are the same for voice or data.
