I don't understand.
"Home_server" is registered to "clinic_server"
syscon7*CLI> iax2 show peers
Name/Username Host Mask Port Status
clinic_server (null) (D) 255.255.255.255 0 Unmonitored
teliax 8.14.120.23 (S) 255.255.255.255 4569 OK (78 ms)
iaxy-322/iaxy-3 10.0.0.108 (D) 255.255.255.255 4569 Unmonitored
and even though the "Host" shows no IP_address, when I ring extension on the remote host
"clinic-server" that phone is ringing on the remote asterisk.
Remote server "clinic-server" does not show any IP_address under "Host" (iax2 show peers)
but when somebody call "home-server" extension my phone is ringing.
So this way it works.
But why there is no "IP_address" under "Host" I DON'T know.
How to run "register" from a command line?
The only way it is not working working when I call from "Home_server" to "clinic-server"
and back to "Home_server"

As long as Host does not contain the peer's IP address in iax2 show peers then
it is not going to work and is not registered.

I think that part is working correctly I see boths asterisk are connected
on "home_server":
syscon7*CLI> iax2 show registry
Host dnsmgr Username Perceived Refresh State
192.168.141.1:4569 N home_serve 192.168.141.8:4569 60
Registered
syscon7*CLI> iax2 show peers
Name/Username Host Mask Port Status
clinic_server (null) (D) 255.255.255.255 0 Unmonitored
on "clinic_server":
clinic-amd*CLI> iax2 show peers
Name/Username Host Mask Port Status
home_server (null) (D) 255.255.255.255 0 Unmonitored

I forgot to add:

iaxy-322/iaxy-3 (null) (D) 255.255.255.255 0 Unmonitored
The two Asterisk boxes have to register to each other so home server
and clinic have to be on the peers list on both sides (or at min on one
side) and you must see the IP. Make sure you are resolving the names
correctly and that Asterisk is set-up to resolv DNS names or use the IP
instead.
