Thank you both, Finally I found proper bootrom at: http://support.polycom.com/PolycomService/support/us/support/voice/soundpoint_ip/previous_voip_software.html As my very version is not available I choose: "SoundPoint IP / SoundStation IP BootROM 3.2.3 Rev B" which has been downloaded from my FTP with files at spip_ssip_vvx_3_2_3_release_sig_combined.zip
My phones are running again! I'm reading the guide to set up my future installations. Thanks again!
