True, probably too much assumption there on my part. I figured the old switchboards of yesteryear were pretty much redundant, or had loads reduced these days with direct in dial through BRI/PRI interfaces. Anyway, in a high call volume environment you might as well go the software route and get setup with a computer and a nice colourful busy lamp display on screen.
