I assume that you mean when they access it from their own phone.

Bad, bad idea.  If you remove the password then anyone can get to the
mailbox.

Define this local extension:

exten => *98,1,Verbose(0,${CHANNEL(peername)} calling voicemail)
    same => n,VoicemailMain(${CHANNEL(peername)}@VoiceMail,s)
    same => n,Hangup
