Hello, I like zoneld also. Been using them for many years too. Unfortunately when you need to change forwarding of the 800 number it takes 1-2 days. Plus the toll free doesn't forward to a SIP or IAX or IP connection. Only to a local USA number. Another downside is that the toll free number will not forward to an international number (This is why we created a service to do just that)nor are their toll free reports updated in real time. Takes about 3 days to get the latest incoming toll free calls in your online reports. But their toll free number is free per month so that is a good thing.
