Since we already have the phones, they won't cost anything :)
add is a channel bank for the analog phones, and asterisk. There is a reason that cisco 7960's cost whet they do: features and performance. If you just need analog features, go with analog phones.
Probably a good idea. Just need to work out how much the channel bank costs (~60 phones at the moment, probably best to allow for ~100).
If I can spec out a few options that do the 'right stuff' then at least I did my bit...
