You aren't alone (i've spoken to several people on the IRC that have had this). Most people will hear "static" on the line and not dead-air. I've been fortunate enough to experience both silence and static (with tdm400p + fxo). It's tough to duplicate this one, and even tougher to experiment and run tests when it happens, especially when it only happens every other day at a client site. If you have the luxury of being able to reproduce this in a non-production environment, _many_ people would benefit if you submitted a bug. (bugs.digium.com) FYI - it seems most people eventually get around the problem by moving the card to different pci slots, or even changing computers all-together. Of course, this doesn't help in determining the root cause of the problem and fixing it. Cheers > and then Allison says "Goodbye" > and hangs up.
