You have not shown us ANY example yet for which this
facility is *NEEDED*.

You have only shown us examples for which the facility MAY
be used, all of which have been shown to have OTHER,
better solutions.

For call centres you use call queues, for taking workload
off admins you use self provisioning, for call groups you
use callgroup=1 or a dial string with multiple
destinations, for multi line SIP phones you use multiple
extensions.

None of those problems warrant the use of parallel
forking.

Your problem seems to be that you want a facility for its
own sake, not because you really need it. That, however is
not good enough a reason to add something to Asterisk.
