ok, i will do another question:
1. how can i invite (call an arbitrarily number) someone to a conference room?
2. Is there a transfer method (different than # and extension) in which i will not be thrown out the line?

Hello,

thanks for the link...

But, after a Dial-Command nothing wil be executed if the call was answered
(and with the option 'g' only when the called user hangs up).

So how have the extension look like if a want to "dial" a number and
"tansfer" this call immediately if the called user answeres?

You have 'T' and 't' options available with the Dial command. These are for call transfer.
