Steve Try re-registering the IAX option from your FWD account. I had exactly the same problem until Thursday when, out of frustration I re-registered. When I reported this resolution here in response to another list member's question, Ed Guy, the FWD support person, responded to my post to me to let me know there had been a provisioning issue sometime the week before and "some" of the accounts may need re-registering.
