versions of Tony Hoyle's UK BT Caller ID patches are available from www.lusyn.com/asterisk/patches.html.
I have signed a Digium disclaimer and have no copyright interest in this work,
hence why they have been made available for free under
the GPL.
They are
currently reported as working for 3 (yes 3!) Asterisk users without any
problems.
