The only way of getting a hfc-based card to work in TE mode not using HiSax is bristuff/zaphfc. I have not checked with mISDN. > > so IMHO you need not chan_capi but chan_misdn (or alternatively zaphfc > > - which despite trying hard i couldnt compile with the 2.6.9 kernel :-( ) I works without problems on 2.4, if you are on Debian i even have zaptel-source modules packages that include zaphfc, that also should be able to compile on 2.6 (not tested though) > It is possible to use an AVM Fritz (in TE mode) with chan_capi. Again, check the wiki.. > It's all there. :) I had the fritz running on mISDN in TE-mode (2.4 kernel) and everything beyond the capi part was working. I simply didn't get any call signalling on capi, but on the tty's i could see them. Using the AVM binary capi drivers works extremely well and reliable with the A1/Fritz! cards. -- Sln leat, Martin List-Petersen Dublin, Eire (contact info on --> http://www.marlow.dk/) _______________________________________________ Asterisk-Users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users
