The real answer to your question, though is this:
PRI -> T100P -> Asterisk -> T100P -> T1 Fax Card* -> HylaFAX
So you still need two T100Ps. One to bring in the T1 PRI, and the other to send out to the fax card.
As for the "T1 Fax Card" HylaFAX will take anything that has drivers that present themselves as standard tty devices. My favorite is the Digi/Patton DataFire 2977, however the Eicon Diva Server also works. You can also use other T1 cards that support CAPI drivers, but then you need to use capi4hylafax, and I don't know anything about that.
