I noticed after reviewing my logs that the Polycom soundpoint 300's are repeatedly attempting to upload their respective logs to the server. After tracing the session with Ngrep, it appears that the phone is trying to append to the log file and is not allowed. Should the phones be appending to the log that frequently? Is appending to the log not allowed?
