But now in this instance it drops them into voice mail. Is there a way to have them punch in there phone number so they can keep there space in the system? Like if they are #20 in queue when they left their # for call back that when they get to number 4 or 5 that they would be called back and put back in queue to wait the remainder of time? Could this by chance be done with a AGI of some sort?
