Has anyone had an issue with the polycom's not discontinuing the mwi chirp even after the message has been acknowledged?
Yes. We've seen this, as well as all the other indicators (LED and envelope icon on the display) not appearing/disappearing 100% reliably. It's especially noticeable when you have multiple phones registered to the same mailbox, with new messages in it, and not all of the phones show the MWI.
