You might want to look into fli4l (http://www.fli4l.de). It is a router/whatever plus there is a module add-on with asterisk. Might be worth a try.

For fli4l itself, yes. For the opt_modul, no. After reading the documentation of fli4l in english the module will should be fairly easy to understand. You can find the location of the OPT_Module using http://www.voip-info.org (search for fli4l)
