I'm doing this in a call centre with Budgetone 100 telephones. But, in my case, its the Budgetones that offer the option to automatically dial an extension when the handset is lifted (or the speakerphone button is pressed)

PS. The latest release of the Budgetone firmware is broken and stops the auto-dial and message buttons from functioning correctly - stepping back a version fixes the problem.

Is it possible to play a message, when user pickups a phone.
For example:
press 1 to use this provider,
press 2 to use this ...
etc..

Thanks
