But please consider that you may have to upgrade to 1.3.1 first (with 2.5.0 boot rom), if you have not done so. The 1.3.1 files are available here:

Hi Adam, that should be fixed in sw.ver.1.3.4 from Polycom. "ID Issue 9122 Local ringback tone continues after early media received". Worked for us.
