Which channel driver are you using ? Modem/ttyI1 etc. ?
The isdn4linux implementation causes this issue. If you can, please switch to zaphfc from the bristuff package (see www.junghanns.net/asterisk)

Yes, I'm using the modem_i4l.so
Is there a way to install those patches when using the debian * packages ? Or do I really have to deinstall it all and compile from source ??
