I just wanted to let any potential developer know that this is a different offer than the other one about an Agents web interface. I work for multiple companies, and 1 request is for 1 company, and another request is for a completely separate company. This request regarding AstTAPI is more of a "for this project only" kind of request; the other is more for a steady part-time employee. My concern regarding this issue is that it just crashes, the window closes, no errors, nothing to point anybody in the right direction. I know I've tested AstTAPI on a WinXP laptop using Outlook, and I know it worked fine so I know I have the right settings. I don't know if AstTAPI hates Windows 2000 or if it hates Amicus Attorney. The program we're using is called Amicus Attorney, it uses a standard TAPI interface to be able to dial our clients, but on the 2 Windows 2000 workstations we've tried it on it has crashed, no errors or anything. When we select the Asterisk TAPI driver, the whole windows just closes/crashes w/ no apparent reason. Now I've tested AstTAPI on my laptop, but it's running Windows XP Pro w/ SP2 and I used Outlook. Is there a known issue with AstTAPI and Windows 2000? I know Amicus Attorney works with other TAPI drivers/interfaces, because the old system used this little external device hooked into the serial port (looked like an external modem) that allowed Amicus Attorney to be able to place calls out of our old phones/PBX. If there is a known issue, or a developer is willing to help us fix the code, we're willing to pay. But time is of the essence. Please let me know!
