The situation is the similar in Israel. No calls are cheap, calls to cell phones are 3-4 times the cost of calls to landlines. The local cable company is offering cheap VOIP (but not in Jerusalem yet), but I'd hate to see the combined latency. Geoff. -- Geoffrey S.
