I'm a little confused about
setting up an IAX2 trunk in AMP. (I'm using the [EMAIL PROTECTED] install if that makes a difference).
I've just paid for a Faktortel pstn-iax phone number in Australia.
There support page is here http://www.faktortel.com.au/support-asterisk-iaxconf.php
I have a 2 part question.
First part
When it asks for incoming settings; I have put the Faktortel number they
allocated me as the user context and the asterisk console indicated it
registered successfully, however I wasn't sure if I should change the
context?
Incoming Settings
USER Context
USER Details
secret=***password***
type=user
context=from-pstn
second part of the question;
I tried to make a call out but it wouldn't connect, here is the output of the
console;
== Spawn extension (from-internal, h, 1) exited non-zero on
'SIP/30-06e2'
-- Executing Macro("SIP/30-db5a", "dialout|2|695992223")

-- Executing SetVar("SIP/30-db5a", "length=1") in new
stack
-- Executing Dial("SIP/30-db5a",
"IAX2/Faktortel/95992223") in new stack
-- Called Faktortel/95992223

== Spawn extension (from-internal, h, 1) exited non-zero on

thanks in advance.
