What about the comming real soon now, cable company VOIP package? I understand
that if you are a cable TV and internet customer it will be about 20 NIS for
2000 minutes a month. Would they get upset if you kept it below the 2000
minutes a month?

BTW, AFIK Bellster IS selling your air time, your trading it for airtime
somewhere else which in Israel would be seen as selling it.
