Nope. Some places consider that bypass and will cut your line off immediately if they see you doing it. So, if you do low enough volume... you'll be ok. But add on a popular node, and in a few days your line will be gone with no explanation (or maybe charges).

Bummer. Glad I don't run a business in Israel. Thought it was bad here in New Zealand! I'd hate to have my business phone cut off because someone "saw" an increased call volume!
