Not really, since it's a crutch -- you're not teaching anyone anything.  An 
autoreply with the infraction and links to why it's bad might be handy 
(especially if it did NOT only send one, but rather one per infraction, and 
was sufficiently different to prevent it from being auto-filed):

It'd be nice to just remove the threading headers in this case
