What's the reason for configuring the outbound zap group in reverse order
of the incoming rollover?
To minimize head-ons or GLARE.
Most PBX's for the last 50 years or so worked this way.

This would not be a problem with Ground Start trunks, but there seems to be no real support for incoming PSTN Ground Start trunks with Digium cards.
